Introduces innovations for themed entertainment, education, and business.

Bracknell, UK. 10th May 2022 – Underlining its 4K Everywhere theme, Panasonic has today introduced three new innovative AV products and will be demonstrating its incredibly wide range of solutions for themed entertainment, education, and business at ISE 2022, in Barcelona, Spain.

Two new Series of 4,000lm Solid Shine Laser LCD Projectors

Panasonic today announced two new series of LCD projectors designed for instant and engaging communication in the bright environments of school classrooms and business conference rooms. The Panasonic PT-LMZ460 Series offers the ability to start presenting instantly with Quick Startup enabling projection from standby in just one second. Alongside flexible use and better than Full HD resolution for sharp pictures, it also has a 1.2x zoom lens and brightness of up to 4,600lm at Native WUXGA. This enables the reproduction of images at their original aspect ratio while providing extra screen area when displaying webpages and spreadsheets. The short-throw Panasonic PT-TMZ400 Series, with up to 4,000lm brightness at WUXGA, is also ideal for smaller museums and digital signage. The refined optical design and efficient SOLID SHINE Laser light-source in both projector series reduces energy consumption, waste, and maintenance, making them an environmentally friendly investment. Both Series will be available from September 2022.

Revolutionary new PressIT360 video conferencing solution

To support new ways of collaborative working from the office and home, Panasonic has announced a revolutionary new 360o video conferencing solution designed to take the stress out of hybrid meetings. The intuitive to use Panasonic PressIT360 simply connects to a PC with just one USB Type-C cable and provides stunning high-resolution horizontal visuals and clear sound. It can detect speakers up to 5M away and is equipped with an echo, noise cancelling and volume equalization function to automatically adjust for sound quality whether speakers are at a remote location or in the room. The solution will be available from July 2022.

Be the first to see

In the run up to ISE 2022, Panasonic has also introduced several other new solutions that will be available to see for the first time at the Immersive, Education and Collaboration Zones of the Panasonic stand.

Two new 20,000lm projectors: 3-Chip DLP and LCD

Leading the industry with compact projectors that can be seamlessly integrated in fixed installations and ease set-up and handling in rental & staging operations, Panasonic will show its new PT-RQ25K Projector Series. This four-model line-up includes the world’s smallest and lightest 20,000lm, 4K, 3-Chip DLP™ projector with immersive image quality and exclusive features that simplify everything from transport and storage to installation and set-up. In another 20,000lm first, Panasonic will also preview the world’s smallest, lightest and quietest 20,000lm PT-MZ20K LCD Projector. Ideal for corporate meetings, lecture theatres and hybrid environments, the projector offers high levels of cost-performance and impressive image quality in well-lit rooms and for viewers participating remotely. The PT-MZ20K will be available in December 2022.

A new line-up of professional display

The new EQ2 Series of professional 4K LCD displays is designed to meet the widening range of needs in corporate buildings and classrooms. The Series offers high visibility, durability, and a host of useful connectivity features in six screen sizes (86/75/65/55/50/43-inch). For easy collaboration in a meeting or classroom, the EQ2 Series supports the Intel® SDM (Smart Display Module) specification slot, which can be used with the receiver board version of Panasonic’s wireless presentation system, PressIT. There is also a built-in whiteboard function to annotate the display screen and zoom in and out using a mouse. The displays will be available sequentially from the Summer onwards.

“The ability to collaborate and create with freedom, wherever you are, has never been more important,” said Hartmut Kulessa, European Marketing Manager for Panasonic Visual Solutions. “As a result, we are focused on providing the most immersive and collaborative 4K AV solutions for business, education, and entertainment.
