Graphical Data Launch New Business Continuity Module

Thu 11, 06 2020

·         Graphical Data expands their leading data analytics and workflow governance software tools by adding a Business Continuity module

Graphical Data, the progressive software solutions provider, has launched a new Business Continuity Module, adding to it’s existing suite of integrated software tools. Enhancing the current analytic and governance functionality, this additional module offers additional operational strength in the ongoing of the Covid-19 pandemic.

As a result of the global lockdowns, businesses have endeavoured to provide a Business As Usual service to their customers. In most cases, this has by necessity created new workflows, as well as generating new KPI’s and norms of operation – all at a time when their staff, finance and operations are faced with unprecedented challenges.

Throughout the pandemic, Graphical Data provided guidance and support to active and prospective clients as they worked through their contingency plans. It was clear these services and experience should be more readily available to existing and prospective clients, accelerating the release of Graphical Data’s cutting-edge Business Continuity module, the first of it’s kind to integrate with Risk, Change and workflow operations in a single environment.

Increased digital transformations and investments in new technology will be strategically critical as we enter the ‘new normal’. By using Graphical Data’s Business Continuity module, enterprises will be able to increase their product efficiencies and generate growth by easily interacting with their customers through clear insights and analytics.

Companies can improve their business operations by converting workflows and practices into a digital environment using the Business Continuity module, creating a centralised knowledge base for distributed teams and leaving them better prepared for unexpected events.

Business Continuity Module

Designed to assist with the planning of a business continuity process and ensure it is actively and effectively managed going forward. Including the capability to run test scenarios.

RESOLVE comes as a combined set of Assumptions, Risks and Action modules, which can fully integrate to the rest of the GD suite of software.

RESOLVE plays an active role, prompting BC plan owners to continually evaluate and promotes an effective BC strategy, rather than do once and forget about it.

The business continuity module works in association with businesses pre existing plans. Graphical Data brings its experience to the deployment activity.

Chris Ireland, Managing Director at Graphical Data, comments: “It is vital to have a structured and dynamic framework to capture and manage all aspects of the preparation, planning and delivery of projects and production processes. Using a living business continuity process alongside this framework will save costs and increase time for already hard-pressed businesses.

“We have launched the Business Continuity Module to do just this, support and boost businesses abilities in even the most trying times”.

Combined with Graphical Data’s RESOLVE and ILLUMINATOR products, the new Business Continuity module perfectly supports the digitisation of workflows, bringing together teams working remotely or in dispersed environments and providing the proper systems to help govern business processes.

As the COVID-19 Pandemic unleashed itself upon the world, Graphical Data followed it’s own prepared Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Staff were relocated to home-working and Graphical Data’s on-line systems continued to provide complete availability of service, allowing customer support and current projects to run smoothly.
