Graphical Data Launch New Improved Website

Thu 11, 06 2020

• Graphical Data brings improved clarity by re-launch and updating it website
• The new website proves clear information on their leading data analytics and workflow governance software tools

Graphical Data has taken advantage of the global lockdown by using the opportunity to review and update their website, making it more accessible and clearer for existing and prospective customers.

As a result of the global lockdowns, businesses have endeavoured to provide a Business As Usual service to their customers. In most cases, this has by necessity created new workflows, as well as generating new KPI’s and norms of operation – all at a time when their staff, finance and operations are faced with unprecedented challenges.

Throughout the pandemic, Graphical Data has provided guidance and support to active and prospective clients as they worked through their contingency plans.

Following this, Graphical Data undertook the decision to redesign the website with a view to making their services more readily available and easy to access for existing and prospective clients. The result is a clean and simple to use website in line with their core company values.

The newly re-launched website is accessible for all kinds of businesses, with clearly presented information on the products and support Graphical Data can provide; including transforming workflows and business processes and creating centralised knowledge bases for distributed teams. The software facilitates the improvement of enterprises present operations, allowing them to be better prepared for unexpected events.

Increased digital transformations and investments in new technology will be strategically critical as we enter the ‘new normal’ and Graphical Data aims to ease this transition, helping enterprises by offering easy to understand services through their website.

Chris Ireland, Managing Director at Graphical Data, comments: “Graphical Data is all about providing instant access to important information, presented in an easy to interpret, visual way. We felt that our old website had grown tired and no longer fit with this ethos, and so made the decision to rebuild it from the ground up.

“By starting afresh, we have been able to ensure our ethos is embedded throughout the website, successfully presenting information in an easy to interpret visual manner. Having now re-launched the website, I am pleased with the clarity and ease that visitors can review our services and get in touch“.

Graphical Data’s RESOLVE and ILLUMINATOR products with their modular toolkits and combined with the new Business Continuity module, are perfect for supporting the digitisation of workflows. The products aid bringing together teams working remotely, or in dispersed environments, and provide the proper systems to help govern business processes.

As the COVID-19 Pandemic unleashed itself upon the world, Graphical Data followed it’s own prepared Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Staff were relocated to home-working and Graphical Data’s on-line systems continued to provide complete availability of service, allowing customer support and current projects to run smoothly.
