Cologne, 13 July 2020: Qvest Media, a world-leading systems architect and ICT integrator, today announced the acquisition of the digital agency dimensional GmbH. By taking this step, Qvest Media contributes to the strategic growth in the digital sector and further expands its range of services in software development.
Qvest Media gains valuable expertise in digital prototyping, user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX) design and agile development in areas such as cloud applications, digital asset management, and mobile apps by joining forces with dimensional.
“Our corporate development has extended beyond the broadcast and media industry to any kind of digital environment and the sustainable implementation of digital transformation processes through individual software solutions,” says Peter Nöthen, CEO Qvest Media Group. “With the acquisition HMS, a manufacturer of software products, we have laid the first cornerstone for the expansion of our core competencies in software development in 2018. We are very pleased that we can pursue this path consistently and drive it forward together with dimensional,” says Nöthen.
dimensional specializes in the consulting and development of communication concepts, service offerings and UX design of digital solutions, as well as tailor-made software products. Clients of the company, which was founded in 1998, include companies and organizations from the media industry and the health care sector in particular. It gives us access to an international network of branches, associated partners and sales organizations,” says André Schnitzler, Managing Director and co-founder of dimensional GmbH. “We complement the Qvest Media Group’s profile perfectly and our existing clients benefit from this as well. For this reason, we are very much looking forward to supporting the Qvest Media Group’s activities in the area of software solutions with our experienced team,” Schnitzler continued.
In the course of the acquisition, Qvest Media Group GmbH will acquire 100% of the shares in dimensional GmbH (www.dimensional.de).
