Bolin Technology Announces the Availability of its newDante AV-H™ Decoder
BREA, California, January 10, 2024 — Bolin Technology extends its leadership in Dante AV by announcing the world-wide release of its Dante AV-H™ hardware decoder, the EG40DH available now for pre-order with an expected shipping date in quantity beginning March 2024.
Bolin Technology will display and demonstrate the new EG40DH Dante AV-H™ decoder at ISE 2024 in Barcelona. The full line of Dante AV Ultra™ and Dante AV-H™ products will also be on display along with the full Blue Line indoor PTZ cameras, the R9 Red Line PTZ camera, and the award-winning EX-Ultra outdoor PTZ camera.
The EG40DH is Bolin’s latest addition to the Dante AV product line. The EG40DH is a powerful IP decoder capable of receiving a single Dante AV-H video flow over a standard 1GB network and outputting up to 4K60, 4096 x 2160 video with up to eight embedded channels of Dante audio through HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI. It is compatible with all Dante AV-H cameras and Dante audio devices.
The EG40DH can also take advantage of Dante Domain Manager’s robust management and user access control. Dante AV-H flows can co-exist with Dante AV Ultra flows on the same network, providing excellent video quality with lower bandwidth.
The EG40DH is a powerful, reliable option for decoding video flows from Dante AV-H PTZ cameras or PCs running Dante Studio software for output to monitors or Vision Mixers to swap between multiple sources.
