Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy – Regulatory Delivery Business Reference Panel Meeting Report 20th September 2017
The UK Government’s Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has its own Regulatory Delivery (RD) Directorate. It organises quarterly meetings with trade bodies as Business Reference Panel (BRP) to review current issues and provide a conduit for feedback and dialogue.
The most recent meeting took place on the morning of 20th September at the 1VS Westminster Conference Centre in London. In the afternoon there was an additional meeting of the RD Trade Facilitation, Import/Export Expert Panel. I attended both on behalf of the IABM and there was, inevitably, much dialogue on the topic of Brexit.
