FTC Recording Booking

If you have selected to record using our Zoom platform then please select 1 time slot from the options below (please select "IABM Future Trends Channel Recording" from the Services dropdown). Please note, all times shown are BST.

In the notes section before you press submit, please include the company name and title of the abstract so we can identify it.

Once you have selected a time, one of the IABM team will send you over a calendar invite with a link to the Zoom meeting.

During the recording, you will be able to share screen and also have the video of the presenter on at the same time. One of the IABM team will be present but just in an advisory capacity, we will not be taking part in the recording.

The presentation will be edited to remove any discussion at the beginning or end but no further editing will be carried out so please ensure that all necessary branding is included on the slides (apart from if the presenter has to start again or re do a section).

Please keep the presentations under 20 minutes and remember, no sales pitches!

Once complete, the video will be edited and added onto our themed Future Trends Channel pages and we will share social assets with you to promote the content.
