Jade is a patent holder for some of the technology built at latakoo and has been recognized for her work in broadcast technology. Under her leadership, latakoo has grown to serve companies around the world including television stations, production companies and marketing firms.

Aditi Pandey

Aditi is working as head of vendor management and partnerships in technology for Norwegian broadcasting technology. Aditi has over 20 years of experience in technology consulting. She has led diverse projects and processes. She has led transitions, and transformation programs starting from procurement projects.

In NRK, Aditi is currently leading a team of sourcing project managers and vendor managers supporting critical projects leading towards establishment of IP based platform and shift of production media technology to more IT based technology. Aditi is supporting standardization of hybrid & digital workspaces in media organization. Aditi leads a diverse team and is part of the diversity & inclusion group creating awareness on diverse ideas & experiences leads to solutions that sticks. Aditi has worked in diverse industries and has lived in 6 countries. 

Allen Broome

Allen Broome is Chief Executive Officer and has led MediaKind’s Research and Development organization for the past two years as the company’s CTO. Before joining MediaKind, Broome led pivotal technology change in the media industry for over 20 years, including most recently as VP Cloud Engineering at Comcast Cable.

Since joining MediaKind in October 2019, Broome has helped advance the company’s teams in the industrialization of broadcast-quality OTT streaming while also reshaping its portfolio to enable full-service solutions. Under his technology leadership, MediaKind’s 11-time Emmy-winning Engineering team has successfully broken down the barriers of live video delivery.

As an accomplished leader and a seasoned entrepreneur, Kishore brings over 20 years of diverse experience in building platforms ground up across a wide range of domains, including Media, Commerce, Fintech, Enterprise SaaS, Advertising, Hyperlocal, Social, Wireless, and Mobile.

An innovator with 6 granted US patents to his credit, Kishore is passionate about leveraging technology to solve real customer problems. Before joining ZEEL, he held leadership positions at SOLV, InMobi & SureWaves. Prior to that he was the Founder CEO of Althea Systems. Kishore holds an M.S. from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.
