Canare Electric Co. Ltd. is a Japanese manufacturer of connecting products for professionals of the broadcast industries: fiber or copper cables, connectors, video patch panels, signal converters. The company was founded in 1970, in Nagoya, located in the center island of the archipelago of Japan. The name of Canare originated from the name of the nearby river Kanare, along which blossom the famous Japanese cherries.
