IABM, the international trade and business association for Broadcast and Media Technology, has appointed Sarah Eni to the role of CRM & Data Specialist.
Reporting to Lucinda Meek, IABM’s CFOO, Sarah Eni will be IABM’s CRM subject-matter expert, owning IABM’s CRM solution and delivering CRM strategy with a view to increasing engagement with existing members and enhancing their experience, improving the integration between the IABM website and CRM system to facilitate member interactions, ensure data integrity and create and safeguard CRM and data processes. Sarah will also work with the IABM Business Intelligence team to deliver and support the new Vantage market sizing data platform.
Sarah Eni brings a wealth of experience in business and data analytics to her position with IABM alongside an in-depth knowledge of IT and CRM systems – in particular, Microsoft Dynamics, which underpins IABM’s operations. Sarah has also worked with a number of membership organizations so brings with her an innate understanding of the requirements of her new role at IABM. Most recently, Sarah was CRM Manager at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, preceded by roles with the Association of Anaesthetists and the British Society of Rheumatology, responsible for CRM and IT systems. “I am genuinely excited to be joining IABM as the Association strives to move on to the next level,” said Sarah Eni. “CRM will be a pivotal tool in this – the springboard to further increase member engagement by building a deep understanding of every member’s individual requirements and interests, creating a truly responsive platform at the heart of our member offering. I am looking forward to applying all my experience to this role, and am also excited to be part of an industry which is at the heart of so many people’s lives – both at work and at home.”
