Stand 5.F47, IBC2023, Amsterdam, 15-18 September 2023:

First-time exhibitors at IBC2023, SipRadius, will be launching their revolutionary M.aXTM range of products to facilitate real-time, ultra-low latency, and highly secure collaboration for international broadcast and production teams. With a focus on green credentials and reducing their carbon footprint, broadcasters and producers see the major benefits of remote collaboration, especially as modern production teams and their stakeholders can easily reach hundreds, if not thousands, of members.

The SipRadius M.aX range of products solve these challenges as they facilitate high-quality remote collaboration, working with military-spec security, while achieving video and audio latency of less than half a second. They also deliver exceptional ease of use through plug-and-play and preconfigured operation. SipRadius’ flagship product, M.aX EXP, is the workhorse of their collaborative production workflow solution. Measuring just 7.3” x 5” x 2.6” (18.6 x 12.7 x 6.6 cm), M.aX EXP is small enough and portable enough to fit in any kitbag. With 3G-SDI inputs and outputs, it can easily backhaul any remote broadcast equipment, such as cameras and media servers, back to the studio.

The M.aX range of products carry a small and highly competitive price tag, but pack a huge capability by supporting multiple video and audio codecs such as JPEG-XS over TS, HEVC, H.264, MPEG-2, NDI, and NDI-HX, 16 Ch. OPUS, AAC, and MPEG-2 Audio, live encoding formats including UDP, RTP, HLS, RTMP, RTSP, and DASH, and can deliver using RIST, SRT, DOZER, and WebRTC.

The advanced WebRTC streaming implementation allows all members of the production team to view the remote production from their laptop anywhere in the world, and the integrated multi-bitrate feature delivers the optimum quality for any internet connection.

“I am proud to bring to IBC2023 for the first time our M.aX EXP family of collaborative products,” said Sergio Ammirata, Ph.D., Chief Scientist at SipRadius. “Unique in form and functionality, the system is set to be an all-in-one solution for broadcasting needs.”

The SipRadius design philosophy focuses on ease of use resulting in preconfigured plug-and-play that facilitates broadcast quality backhaul using RIST and SRT, and through the adoption of advanced WebRTC allows production teams to view and listen to remote productions, edit suites, and studio outputs from anywhere in the world just using a laptop and an internet connection. EMMY award-winning Sergio Ammirata, Ph.D., Chief Scientist at SipRadius, will be presenting at IBC to provide deeper insights into the benefits of using the M.aX range of products.
