Per Johansson has been appointed as Head of Sales, Americas to accelerate the organisation’s growth outside of Europe. The strategic appointment signals Techex’s commitment to continue its high standard of customer experience and to grow the business in new markets. The company has recently added a number of new US customers and this appointment is the first of several key positions being put in place to support the region. Techex has recently received further local industry acclaim by winning Product of the Year award at NAB 2024 with tx darwin, its flagship secure modular transport, protection, monitoring, and transformation solution.

Prior to joining Techex, Per has built and grown teams focused on the video transport market having served as Head of Sales, Americas for Net Insight and before that, as Group Manager – Network Engineering for Tele2 Sweden.
