AMP1-DA/106
AMP1-DA/106
The AMP1-DA/106 provides self-powered, full-fidelity stereo audio monitoring of 2 channels from analog and AES/EBU Digital sources and ultra-high resolution LEDs with 106 segments in the smallest rack space possible.
This unit contains four high performance transducers driven by three power amplifiers: one amplifier/driver combination handles midrange and high frequency information in stereo, while the second handles summed low frequency information below the 500 Hz crossover point. The unique design provides optimally focused sound for operators in an ultra near field (1 to 3 ft.) working environment and offers performance comparable to that of many separate monitor pairs, yet does so without the installation hassles, awkward speaker placements and “added-on” look. This provides for a higher SPL for the operator while reducing overall ambient sound and adjacent bay crosstalk. The level meters are now available with a choice of BBC, DIN, Nordic and VU scales and PPM Only.
Extended HF response reveals potential problems with audio, whine, or hiss. Electronic rather than acoustic cancellation of bass frequencies provides positive audible detection of out-of-phase (reversed polarity) audio feeds. A headphone jack is provided on the front panel, usage automatically mutes the speakers. Output limiter circuits are incorporated to protect the speakers, and extensive magnetic shielding allows placement immediately adjacent to video monitors with no color impurities. Our unique tri-color LED design means we can offer an almost unlimited variety of options such as phase correlation, peak hold, and alternate scales. The standard display mode is set as a single segment PPM “dot” above a VU bar; each segment’s color is fixed according to its position on the scale. Level calibration may be set via dip switches to select one of four different calibration levels.
The AMP1-DA/106 is ideally suited for use in VTR bays, mobile production vehicles, teleconferencing installations, multimedia systems, satellite link and cable TV facilities, and on-air radio studios.

GS-MON004
Class D Amplifiers:Each loudspeaker is driven from a new design of Class D amplifier. These amplifiers provide low distortion & low noise outputs. Four watts RMS is provided into each loudspeaker and the peak output is electronically limited to 5 watts.
Inbuilt Loudspeaker Protection:A compressor limiter circuit is provided to prevent overload and damage to the loudspeaker drivers by exceptionally high audio levels. One compressor/ limiter is provided for each loudspeaker and they have been carefully designed not to taint the audio during normal operating levels.
Stereo Inputs For Each Channel:A total of 8 audio inputs are provided for the 4 loudspeakers. Each loudspeaker is driven from 2 audio inputs mixed together, this allows the easy monitoring of stereo signals on the unit. All the audio inputs are electronically balanced on rear panel XLRs.
Channel Mute Switch:Each channel has its own illuminated mute switch. This allows a quick and easy way for an operator to turn the audio off from one (or more ) loudspeakers.
Presence & Peak LEDs:Presence LEDs are provided for each loudspeaker input. These LEDs illuminate when incoming audio is detected and this provides a helpful aid to an operator to know which audio circuit is currently active. Peak LEDs are also provided and these illuminate when the input level reaches a high level.
Headphone Output:A front panel 6.35mm TRS headphone jack is provided. If headphones are plugged in then the audio to the loudspeakers is automatically cut. The headphone output is stereo and it wired such that inputs 1 and 3 feed its left output and 2 and 4 feed the right output channel.
Mains Power Supply:An internal switch mode mains power supply is fitted that is suitable for use Worldwide. The power input is via na industry standard filtered IEC plug.
High Acoustical Output:The modern loudspeaker drive units are capable of providing a high output SPL of 88dB from 1 loudspeaker (at 0.6 metres) or 98dB if all loudspeakers are driven coherently.
Best in Class Frequency Response:Our design provides what we believe is the best in class frequency response from a 4 way 1RU loudspeaker rack. Our acoustical output is within +/-9dB from 22kHz down to 120Hz. The flat mid range and extended LF provide a noticeable improvement in audio clarity
Bella 32
Each input can be panned between the left and right speakers, and holding any input will solo it. There are signal present LEDs on each input. There are two local analogue inputs that can also be selected for monitoring.
The currently monitored mix is available as left/right stereo or as a separate mix in analogue and AES3.
Two PPM level meters provide output levels, as well as indication of input level and panning position.
Bella 22
The 2 front panel loudspeakers are driven from a DSP to compensate for their size. The result is surprisingly good, with clear crisp vocals and highly intelligible reproduction of wider band audio sources. They are driven from a class D amplifier and have more than sufficient output level for most environments.
Robust proven construction techniques, simple reliable interface and excellent specification will help make your technician’s life hassle free, whilst the low cost and long asset life will keep the accountant satisfied.
Bella 4
The 4 loudspeakers are each fed from their own* Dante® (AES67 compliant) network audio input. Each Channel has a front panel audio presence indicator and input peak Led and an illuminated Channel mute switch. Front panel volume controls adjust the audio output of the speakers and the headphone circuit.
HRS-1S
The HRS-1S provides self-powered, full-fidelity audio monitoring of 2 analog channels in the smallest space possible (half-width 1 RU). This unit contains two high performance transducers driven by two power amplifiers: one amplifier/driver combination handles midrange and high frequency information, while the second handles summed low frequency information below the 500 Hz crossover point.

Extended HF response reveals potential problems with audio whine or hiss.
FEATURES:
- Premium quality subwoofer and midrange speaker
- High quality AMP Series internal amplifier
- 2 balanced analog Inputs with loop-through (1 stereo)
- 95dB SPL at 2 feet (0.6m)

VMQ-4
The VMQ-4 audio monitor from Wohler Technologies offers voice quality confidence monitoring of up to 4 analog channels simultaneously. The VMQ-4 only requires a compact 1U of rackspace and is available at a very cost effective price.
Because each channel has its own dedicated power amplifier and speaker, the audio sources remain completely separate from input to output. When listening within ultra near field distances of 1 to 3 feet, these discrete speaker outputs provide enhanced source distinction when compared to designs with four inputs mixed into a single output. Each channel has an LED which illuminates when a signal is present at the input allowingthe operator to easily determine at a glance which channels are currently active, very helpful when quick volume adjustments are required. Separate mute buttons are provided for each channel; these together with an LED that indicates channel muting allow an operator to quickly mute one or more channels. A stereo headphone jack has Channels 1 and 2 summed on the left side, and Channels 3 and 4 on the right side.
The VMQ-4 is completely magnetically shielded to allow interference-free operation immediately adjacent to all CRT video monitors. The lighter weight and shallower-depth chassis compared to similar-type units, make it ideal for use in portable and mobile vehicle applications..
