The SEEDER RB30Rail rail robotic elevating system is developed for automatic shooting of AR, VR, XR, MR or real scene in various broadcast studios, remote photography, government, education, event live and so on. Features such as anti shake technology, noise reduction technology and AI curvilinear motion technology ensure the shooting of complex motion video and meet every need of professional broadcast television studios.


Fully integrated, highly accurate, smooth motion control in all axes. Precision engineered lifting system makes it possible to raise cameras to the heights while retaining stability and smoothness of on-air control.


Tracks design can be straight or curved, and they are available in various sizes and can be customized to achieve the required min/max length. The stainless-steel materials ensure durability and cost-effective.


The system includes two sets of control systems, namely built-in and external, which can be quickly switched for use. It comes with an emergency operation button as standard.

Features 


1. Professional anti-shake technology ensures normal use of images especially during fast start and stop. The fastest speed can reach 2m/s, and there is no obvious shake at speeds below 1m/s.


2. According to the starting point position and motion time, automatically calculate the curve motion trajectory and motion acceleration/deceleration function, and can achieve smooth curve motion of 16 consecutive points.


3. One-time calibration. Tracking accuracy is <0.000043° (8,300,000/360°), and multiple on/off tracking data has no accumulated error.


4. Support Canon and Fujinon full-servo lenses, control zoom, focus and aperture functions, and retrieve built-in lens tracking data.


5. According to the automatically identified built-in tracking data delay of the lens, automatically synchronize the motor tracking delay and output the tracking data.


6. FreeD protocol tracking data with 23 bit (8,300,000 / 360 °) tracking accuracy can be output through RS422 and directional UDP.


7. Support graphic systems such as Vizrt, Avid (Orad), Brainstorm, UE5, etc.


8. Support studio control systems such as SEEDER AISS、Vizrt MOSART、ROSS Overdrive、GrassValley IGNITE, etc.

10. The chassis is equipped with an electronic level system, and the chassis contains independent control units that can operate without a control panel.


11. Using optical anti-collision technology, the anti-collision distance can be set according to user needs. When the anti-collision system is triggered, the device can complete braking within 20mm.


12. Tracking data can set the trajectory length, pan/tilt calibration data, and tracking data orientation function.


13. Bind the camera and rendering engine, no calibration is required for outdoor virtual reality Applicationss, and it can work after power-on initialization.

Technical Instruction


1. The rail dolly can move left/right & up/down & back/forth, and the robotic head can move in pan, tilt, zoom, focus, aperture, that is, a total of 8 axis motion. They can accurately locate the movement track and adjust the movement speed, and record arbitrarily. The camera won’t accumulate errors after repeated movements.


2. 3-stage hexagonal elevator / descender column, column diameter is 180-300mm; lens lifting range: 1280mm – 2080mm, precision: 0.001°.


3. Preset 32 programs, 16 sequences per program, and 16 scenes per sequence.


4. Maximum payload of the pan & tilt head is 30 kg, which is suitable for mainstream brand cameras and can be attached with small teleprompter.

1. Optional VR output module supports RS422 serial port and Ethernet UDP communication protocol, and supports graphic systems such as Vizrt, Avid (Orad), Brainstorm, and UE5 that adopt the FREE-D(D1) protocol for tracking data.


2. Optional control panel, which can simulate dual camera operation safely and reliably.


3. Optional AI module, which can realize the main camera HDSDI output signal access, AI face skeleton animation recognition, auto focus, and low latency tracking motion capture.
