The IF8K-FSCC synchronizes full 8K video with both 12G-SDI and 3G-SDI signals. Asynchronous input of quad-link 12G-SDI (12G-SDI x 4) or 16 link 3G-SDI (3G-SDI x 16) for 8K can be synchronized by the external reference input and output with quad-link 12G-SDI. It is designed and manufactured by InSync Technology for exclusive distribution by FOR-A.

The IF8K-FSCC is an ideal solution for 8K synchronisation and colour correction.  It’s especially valuable where perfect synchronisation without audio disturbance is needed in live 8K productions.

The sectional dynamic tone mapping technique is applied to several spatial areas (sectors) in the image. In this type of tone mapping technique, the algorithm adjusts the signal by using several dynamic curves, one per image segment/sector. The algorithm then combines the result with global dynamic curves based on the entire image. While the dynamic curves of the different sectors are perfectly adapted to the respective image content of their segments, the global curve is perfectly adapted to the content of the entire image. Depending on the image content within these sectors, the algorithm reacts dynamically, which allows lights and shadows to be treated independently. Therefore, dark areas can be brightened, and the bright areas can be darkened without getting a flat gradation of the image. “

HDR EVIE+ provides a 1x 4K/UHD processing channel supporting down-conversion from HDR transfer characteristics to SDR through appropriate sectional dynamic tone mapping. It also supports the Wide Color Gamut (WCG) needs of broadcasters and professional AV live events requirements. BlackMagic Design ATEM switcher has no TCP interface for easy integration with AV-systems, so SKAARHOJ has created this tool, the TCP Link for ATEM, which provides just that: A simple TCP interface to almost any feature in the switcher. It will report state changes of the switcher and accept and forward commands to the switcher. Exactly what you need for AV projects with various AV systems like Crestron, Extron, and so forth. Connect to the device via TCP, then change the desired command on the ATEM switcher and the TCP Link for ATEM will output in the terminal how the command looks that you can use to send the same command to the switcher.

The IF8K-UCN is a frame synchronizer that supports upconversion of HD/4K UHD to 8K DG (Dual Green). It inputs HD-SDI or quad-link 3G-SDI (3G-SDI x 4) and outputs octa-link 3G-SDI (3G-SDI x 8) signals. Two-way distribution of 8K DG is standard and BB or Tri-level sync reference input is also supported. It is designed and manufactured by InSync Technology for exclusive distribution by FOR-A.

Setting up an I/O device have never been this flexible. The general-purpose I/O controllers offer 8/16 inputs and 8/16 outputs, all electrically separated with quality relays and optocouplers. GPO is implemented with relays shorting to GND. GPI implemented with optical isolators shorted to GND.

Please notice: SKAARHOJ Controllers with GPI inputs accept open collector and relay outputs (pulled to GND). The default HD15 tally connector on the TriCaster TC1 does not provide a direct working signal to the ETH-GPI Link. Converting the 5V potential to GND is needed.

CX-4 Transport stream converter.

The CX-4 is a flexible 1U unit containing four independent transport stream converters, each of which can be user configured to convert between Transport Streams over IP to Asynchronous Serial Interface (TSoIP to ASI) or Asynchronous Serial Interface to Transport Streams over IP (ASI to IP). This flexibility ensures your capital costs to a minimum as you can be sure you always have the correct converter to hand.

Complying with both the DVB and SMPTE2022 standards the TSoIP interface supports Transport stream encapsulation, forward error correction and UDP/RTP de-encapsulation as defined by the SMPTE 2022 specification. Hence allowing you to match the resilience of your stream to the performance of your network.

This professional product is designed for easy and reliable operation. It is controlled via a GUI using the onboard web server which is on a separate IP interface to the TSoIP signals.  The chassis is fitted with dual power supplies and adequate ventilation to ensure for reliable service in the broadcast environment.
